Le groupe mythique de Chicago revient  en Europe, avec dans ses bagages un nouvel album "Hattiesburg Blues"  déjà encensé par les critiques outre atlantique.  Toujours aussi bien drivé par l'inaltérable harmoniciste Pierre Lacocque, on retrouvera avec grand plaisir le talentueux guitariste et chanteur Carl Weathersby, invité du groupe sur cette tournée ainsi que , bien entendu, la  s diva du South Side  Inetta Visor, Stephen Howard à la basse et  l'un des tout meilleurs batteurs de blues du moment, Kenny Smith -- tout juste trente quatre ans ! MISSISSIPPI HEAT s'impose, plus que jamais, comme un des groupes majeurs du Chicago Blues actuel et chacune de ses apparitions est un must absolu pour les amateurs de blues authentique

Randy Hansen is a U.S. guitarist, best known for his emulation of Jimi Hendrix ; He clearly has a bit of physical resemblance to Hendrix in his facial features, and carries that resemblance further by emulating such signatures of Hendrix's style as playing a guitar with his teeth or behind his back.

A rare phenomenon in music history. Since 1968 they have been one of the leading figures in Krautrock. They are still releasing albums and playing live.

Amon Düül est un groupe de musique allemand formé à la suite des mouvements d'étudiants des années 1960 et sont considérés avec Can, Birthcontrol et d'autres comme l'un des groupes-fondateurs de la mouvance musicale Krautrock.

Groupe allemand de rock progressif formé en 1968 à Munich par le trio Renate Knaup-Kroetenschwanz (voix), John Weinzieri (guitare, voix) et Chris Karrer (guitare, saxophone, violon), rejoint par Dave Anderson (basse), Falk U. Rogner (claviers) et Peter Leopold (batterie). Issue d'une communauté hippie de la banlieue de Munich dans le milieu des années 1960, la première mouture du groupe, Amon Düül, très politisée, ne fit qu'un seul album avant de disparaître en 1968. Amon Düül II, plus harmonique, avec ses visions de fin du monde, et musicalement avant-gardiste, a fait de nombreux albums avec une équipe sans cesse changeante autour du trio de base. Le groupe, qui disparaît dans la deuxième moitié des années 1970, a fortement influencé des groupes de rock allemands, comme Hawkwind et Ash Ra Temple, ainsi que le mouvement écologiste allemand  Larousse.fr
