As guitarist for metal band Danger Danger, he toured the world opening for Kiss and Alice Cooper, sold over a million records worldwide, and had two #1 videos on MTV, and amassed a discography that includes seven solo releases that range from guitar instrumentals, to blues, and even a Beatles/Elvis Costello-inspired collection of pop tunes.

As a session player, he has been featured on CDs by drummer Simon Phillips, a live CD with Olivia Newton-John (Timmons has been her music director-guitarist for several U.S. tours), two albums by Kip Winger, recording sessions for Paula Abdul and Paul Stanley, and radio and television jingles. He has also played alongside Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, Paul Gilbert, Eric Johnson, Steve Morse, Mike Stern, Ace Frehley, Ted Nugent, Reb Beach, and Pierre Bensusan, as well as some of his favorite 1960s singing stars such as the Beach Boys, Lesley Gore, and Gordon Waller.[1]

According to his website, Timmons's hometown is Evansville, Indiana. He graduated from Evansville Harrison High School in 1981. He currently resides in Dallas, Texas.

The Andy Timmons Band released their new album, entitled "Andy Timmons Band Plays Sgt. Pepper" on October 25, 2011.

Incontestablement notre découverte de l'année.. et peut être même bien plus encore.  Elle a épaté tout le monde à FiestaCity cet été... tout le monde l'a adoré !

Faut dire qu'elle sait y faire avec son Blues "à la Janis Joplin", son implication totale dans ses chansons, son look d'enfer... elle ne peut pas laisser indifférent.

C'est une perle, c'est une merveille... avec une énorme carrière devant elle, c'est absolument certain.  NE LA MANQUEZ PAS !

Named "Canada's Darling of the Blues" by the press and often compared to Janis Joplin for her raw and emotional performances on stage, Layla Zoe was born in British Columbia, Canada in the late 70's. Raised on her father's love of the blues and a diverse record collection, she started singing at an early age and had her first experiences on stage with her father's band at age fourteen. Now after releasing six albums (You Will, Shades of Blue, Live at Errington Hall, Hoochie Coochie Woman, The Firegirl and Sleep Little Girl), penning a self-published book of poetry (Diary of a Firegirl), and moving from BC to Toronto to Montreal in the past 7 years, Layla has gained a reputation as one of the hardest working young blues women in Canada.
