BIG BIG TRAIN -  THE LIKES OF US    TOUR


ADDITIONAL SHOW ANNOUNCED FOR 3RD OCTOBER 2024



We are pleased to announce an additional show for our forthcoming UK/European tour. We will be playing the Spirit Of 66 in Verviers, Belgium on Thursday 3rd October 2024.



The tour kicks off on Monday 16th September at Thornden Hall, Eastleigh, UK. Following shows around the UK, in Germany, The Netherlands, Norway, Denmark and now Belgium, it concludes at Cadogan Hall, London, UK on Saturday 5th October.



This tour will promote ‘The Likes Of Us’, our recently released first studio album for InsideOut/Sony, as well as ‘A Flare On The Lens’, a live concert film Blu-ray/3CD/2LP recorded at our shows at the prestigious Cadogan Hall in London, UK last September. ‘A Flare On The Lens’ will be released by InsideOut/Sony on the eve of the tour on 13th September 2024.

Violinist Clare Lindley says: “This show will be the first time that Big Big Train has ever performed in Belgium. In the last couple of years we’ve been trying hard to take the band to countries where we’ve never ventured before. So we’re delighted to be able to squeeze a show in Belgium into our schedule just before we return to the UK to finish the tour at Cadogan Hall in London. The Spirit Of 66 is very well known on the circuit and we’re really looking forward to playing there.”

The ‘A Flare On The Lens’ concert film package includes every song performed by the band over those two evenings last September in London and is available as a Limited 3CD+Blu-ray digipak in slipcase, with the concert film audio mixed in 5.1 surround sound and stereo. A gatefold 180g 2LP vinyl version is also available, which features a carefully selected range of material from the Cadogan Hall shows.
