19/11    MICHAEL KATON   Annulé /Cancelled

"...I have bad news... I have to cancel the tour...
Yesterday I had to rush my wife to the hospital with a horrible headache...
Last night they discovered that she has a brain tumor!...
And they have to do brain surgery on her in the next few days... so it is impossible for me to do the tour as I have to be with her now and after the surgery for her recovery which may  take weeks
All I can say is that I'm so sorry that everyone will be so inconvenienced!..."



Nous pouvons parfaitement comprendre son annulation de tournée et nous ne pouvons que souhaiter le meilleur pour l’ épouse de Michael et que celui-ci puisse l’entourer de toute son affection et de son aide dans ces moments difficiles

Décembre 1995, un ANGE se retirait de la scène et du monde du rock où il a laissé une empreinte à jamais indélébile au sein d’un groupe dont il a été l’un des piliers durant 25 ans. 2011, retour sur les planches de GENS DE LA LUNE, le nouveau groupe de Francis DECAMPSqui revient aux sources d’une musique rock progressive bercée par les légendes. Qui ne se souvient pas de sa place au sein de ce groupe avec ce style bien à lui, ce son unique que lui seul a su créer et que beaucoup d’autres groupes ont essayés de retrouver depuis.

Une présence scénique, une façon de composer inimitable ont fait de Francis DECAMPS une référence dans le monde du rock français

Créateur et compositeur avant d’être musicien, Francis a passé la plus grande partie de son temps dans son studio d’enregistrement a créer encore et toujours, sans relâche et toujours avec la même fougue et même passion vissée au fond des tripes.

Rien, ni le temps qui passe, ni les croches - pieds de la vie, n’ont jamais entamé sa détermination à être ce qu’il est encore aujourd’hui : un artiste, un vrai, un pur au grand coeur et à la foi toujours intacte pour ce métier, pour les planches, pour le public.
