Steinways are wonderful too. They really cut through and work extremely well in rock music. We used it quite a lot on the last album, on "The Grand Event" for instance. If I remember correctly we also had the Bechstein grand on "After the Storm" and Malmsjö grand piano on "Pointless Living".
