Some of the editions have a handy .pdf with that precious information, some don't. I'm missing info on the following editions: 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, XIV and XV. I'm in the process of retreiving that info one by one and it is very tedious. Anybody knows where the band "Le Mur" (12th edition) is from?Is there a link on the net where this info is available (like the .pdf or the post on this very Forum for edition 1, 2, 3 and 4)?
