Re: tabs?

I'm working on a tab for the gooberville ballroom dancer, Should have it to a point where I'm happy with it in 2 weeks hopefully. I'll post it on Ultimate-Guitar.com when I'm done.

Re: tabs?

I'm also working on And Never Know and on Harmony. But as the latter one is dominated by the organ, I'm using my good old Hammond A-100 for this. Sorry, no tabs ;-)...

Re: tabs?

Sorry, but my '61 Hammond doesn't feature any MIDI guts at all...

Re: tabs?

I'll revive this thread for a good purpose. I finally took myself together and finished what I had started months and months ago: South of the Border TAB.

http://www.ultimate-guita....id=1066447

Soon it will be reviewed and taken into the ultimate-guitar library, and probably spread around on the tab sites. It's for guitar pro.

Tabbing this was much harder and more krökigt than tabbing Cashflow. So this is what it ended up like smile Please give feedback!

Re: tabs?

It now came to my attention that you actually need to be signed in to view it. Butt, soon it will be there anyway!

Re: tabs?

Thank you, Kazza! Seems like this tab didn't quite go viral, compared to the Cashflow tab, though. You're the only one to give feedback on it after over a month! Thought it was THE guitar song, for Beardfish smile Oh well.

Re: tabs?

You know, South of the Border has got to be one of the most fun songs to play on bass I've ever tried. big_smile

Re: tabs?

I've often been amazed at how the bass in Beardfish can play around so much without ever losing the grip of the "chord feel". Maybe South of the Border isn't the best example of that, but it certainly plays around a lot there too!

Re: tabs?

Yeah, it's so melodic and interesting, one of my favourite features of Beardfish! Particularly prominent on DS, sadly less so on Mammoth (although it wouldn't suit some of those songs so much.)
Oh, and Rikard, if you happen by, next album: return of the accordion? smile

Re: tabs?

Thanks for the idea smile There's one song where I think it could really fit! It's too bad we rarely have the chance to use it live though...
